Message	[ http://splparts.com/doc/SPLFUAZ32/ ] My understanding is that the arm should be installed so that if it where to swing up it would not hit the upper 2 mounting bolts for the bracket. As you can see here the arm is about centered between them, however if you fliped it 180deg. you would place the arm in range of the bolt.
